We wish to inform the planet Earth: our origin and provenance and the purposes that have moved us to visit you. We come from UMMO, a planet that revolves around the star IUMMA, registered on your Earth under the name WOLF 424.

The difficulties of translating and expressing concepts in earthly languages are immense. We do not conceal that, after verifying the surprising similarity between the biological structures of our two planets, we were dismayed to realize that our respective means of social communication differ to a high degree.

It is impossible for us in a first document to establish in a synthetic form the immense range of equivalences between figures, verbal symbols, technical symbols and so on. In many cases our native expressions have not even a remote equivalent in any of the earthly languages known to us to date (English, Spanish, classical Greek, modern Greek, German, Italian, French and Arabic).

To express ourselves we use an acoustic medium: air (adolescence) and a telepathic medium: “psi” (average adults); in the latter case, the mental images transmitted and received conform to the acoustic memory images learnt during childhood.
We try by every means, for you, to fix in Spanish spelling the acoustic image of our expressions, although in most cases our phonemes can be reflected by several graphic expressions.

Our external geological structure is in every way different from that of the Earth. The oceans occupy approximately 62%. The rest is concentrated in a single continent full of great lakes, the largest of which has 276,320 km2 (AUWOA SAAOOA). Our mountain ranges (Highly eroded) hardly present rugged forms. The most important river of UMMOAA is the OAOAWA-OEW-OEWEA, 3.5 km wide at the level of UWOSS. It flows into the lake IAWIAIA-SAAOOA. The OAK-OEI are a kind of volcano in the form of great fissures that project an incandescent column of METHANE-PENTANE-OXYGEN to heights of between 250 m and 6.7 km. Like the OASION-OEI near the lake IA-SAAOOA, their bluish light illuminates the nights of UMMOAA in those regions. The great NOOLAWE laboratories project every UIW (unit of time on UMMO equivalent to 3.1 earth minutes) great balloons with chemical compounds which, on coming into contact with the gigantic cataract of blue fire, burst like fireworks, offering a phantasmagorical spectacle. Inside these balloons are precision instruments for scientific monitoring.

We inhabitants of UMMO have a body whose physiological morphology is surprisingly analogous to that of earthly “homo sapiens”. This is logical if one considers that the biogenetic laws seem to hold for the whole Universe. When, in the OIWI (year) 75,231 of our time (we define the year as the eighteenth part of the time of revolution of UMMO around IUMMA -WOLF 424-), spaceships arrived from the planet TOOKAAIA, their crews, although they died, also showed the same cellular organization.
Only small differences appear between us. We have no tonsils, and our organ of phonation atrophies in such a way that the earthly human glottis disappears at about 14 years of age. During childhood, then, we can speak normally, expressing our thoughts by phonic means (acoustic transmitting medium: air). The language we use is, however, radically different from yours. We could call it BI-LANGUAGE. For example, when we emit phonemes such as OA DO DO IA KAAWAEA UMMO UMMO UMMO, we express two streams of ideas simultaneously.

IA KAAWAEA = to study your culture
UMMO = our planet.
But at the same time you will notice that we repeat each phoneme two, three, five, etc., times. This in turn constitutes a new code or language superimposed on the other verbal expression. The interpretation of this language is of a statistical-mathematical type (a function of the number of repetitions of the phoneme), by which we express another thought at the same time. In the case cited, we say approximately:
We are making this journey from UMMO to study your culture, and
We do not intend to do you any harm; do not be alarmed.

In our “schools”, then, children learn two scientific disciplines simultaneously when one and the same teacher, in speaking, gives them two lectures of a different nature.
At about 14-16 years of age, the child's vocal cords undergo a process of sclerosis that leaves them physiologically “mute”, but by then the faculty of transmitting our thought by means of the function you call “PSI”, that is, telepathically, is developing. We do this by concentrating in the field of our consciousness the mental image of the person we are addressing (even if he is several KOOAE away -one KOOAE = 8.71 km-) and sending him telepathic impulses, each of which lasts approximately 0.00014 seconds. In PSYCHOBIOLOGY we call these impulses “BUAE BIEEE”.
A code, also BI-LINGUAL, makes it possible to hold double conversations with any of our fellows.
There exist among us terrible illnesses unknown to you, for example the one called OANEEA-IAWA-OAI, in which the subject suffers a disorder of his NOI-OAI faculties (called by earthly parapsychological science the PSI function) and emits, in a disordered way and at great frequency, millions of BUAE BIEEE impulses to hundreds of thousands of beings on UMMO, rather as if one of your transmitters went haywire and broadcast on all frequencies, with millions of receivers picking up its crazy interference.
The only solution lies in locating the patient and causing his death by GOOAIE SAWA (a kind of high-energy microwave beam that destroys the ISIAGEE IA nerve centres of the encephalon).
In the first years of our humanity, the development of culture was held back by the alienating action of these poor sick people, who drove our ancestors to hallucination with their horrible “telepathic screams”.
